Hi List,

this is a Biostar A58MD with Realtek 8111G onboard:

I suspect a firmware issue. IMHO on these boards the firmware is
downloaded into the NIC on couldboot, but not on warmboot. Ipxe replaces
some parts of this code. Linux normally is able to upload firmware
files, too. But here the NIC code is excluded, so something happens (or
doesnt) on warm reboot.
