Thanks for asking.

Yes, a detailed bug report (ideally with reproduction instructions) is 
always very welcome.

Fix proposals are also welcome.  It's sometimes worth asking about 
possible solutions first, since a lot of proposed fixes for specific 
problems end up breaking other use cases.
