[ipxe-devel] Intel I219-V configuration failing

I've got a relatively new system and am getting error 040ee119 (no
configuration methods succeeded).

net0 is using i219v-2

ifstat shows TX:4 and TXE:1 with an error code 3c654003 (operation not
supported)

I compiled with DEBUG=intel and see the following debug message that I
think may be relevant:

INTEL 0xdcf68 unexpected ICR 00000106

This is my first time playing with ipxe so I apologize if I've missed
something. Let me know if there is anything else I can provide.
