[ipxe-devel] Support for 10G to 1G auto negotiation in ixgbe

We have a 10G nic attached to a 1G link, IPXE seems to be having
"Network unreachable" issues when that happens. The NIC uses ixgbe
driver. Searching through github it seems like someone made a "pull
request" to fix this issue https://github.com/ipxe/ipxe/pull/56/files
Is this something that can be merged? Thank you.
