Keywords to your current failure:
"no embedded bootmgr.exe"
"FATAL: no bootmgr.exe"
I will repeat my previous question:
> could you share where the boot.wim comes from or how it was created so someone else can reproduce this issue?
most boot.wim's will have bootmgr.exe embeded in it - as a test try to
use the original boot.wim from the original windows installation iso
