[ipxe-devel] pxelinux.0 - how to see embedded scripts

That was good timing, and the newly compiled image ended up working where
we could test. However, it did not fix our issue, but we do not believe at
this time the issue is related to ipxe itself; we were entertaining the
idea because our networking team is being lazy.
