The 8086:15a3 (i218v-3 as named by this patch) only links up in 10Mbit
mode with the intel driver on my 5th gen Intel NUC (NUC5i5RYH). Using
the undi driver it links up in gigabit.
It would be nice if we could find some time to debug this issue soon.
I've also got a HP EliteBook 8470p with another Intel LoM (not an i218v)
exhibiting the same issue.
