For those of you that felt a bit uncomfortable with having a cleartext
password in your ~/.gitconfig, version 0.1.0 of App::GitHubPullRequest
has been released, which supports a login command that puts an access
token in your git config instead.

I've also added the ability to edit comments with $EDITOR instead of
just typing them out on the command-line.

Please give it a spin and tell me if you encounter any problems.
