Not really a problem. If you need precompiled binaries of iPXE you can
get those at http://rom-o-matic.eu/.

Not sure what you're trying to say here. Are you talking about the TFTP
client, as in the network card you're trying to boot over the network?
If so, then you're most likely trying to do chainloading. See
http://ipxe.org/howto/chainloading for details.

Not sure how that is relevant. Is the VMware image your PXE client or
server (aka TFTP/DHCP server)?

http://ipxe.org/examples might also be useful.
