It's a lot simpler if you use a version of vesamenu.c32 from syslinux 3.xx 
that way there's no messing around with 209 & 210 or gpxecmd.c32

It would obviously be better if iPXE could load syslinux 4.xx c32 modules 
directly, but I've had few problems with using the 3.xx versions.
