Really?  The exact same error number?  That shouldn't be happening; there 
should be a one-character difference in the error number.  Can you confirm/deny 
this?

That patch was already applied:

  http://git.ipxe.org/ipxe.git/commitdiff/cd9c948

(and is still present in the current version).
