It doesn't appear as if the software has been republished.  The likely
place you'd find it would be here:

Michael,

This is distributed in  binary form  in the Vmware ESX 5.0 ISO.
(undionly.kpxe).   I do not have the source available, but here is the
screen shot, from Vmware's undi.kpxe  attached.
You can see the post command added to the menu, (I do not see this command
in the gPXE/iPXE source code).

I am not aware of these custom commands.  If you could provide me with a
link
to the source of the VMware-modified code (which must have been published,
since it is subject to the GPL), then I will investigate including them
within
mainline iPXE.
