<p>Michael,<br><br>This is distributed in  binary form  in the Vmware 
ESX 5.0 ISO.  (undionly.kpxe).   I do not have the source available, but

</div></div>I am not aware of these custom commands.  If you could provide me with a link<br>
to the source of the VMware-modified code (which must have been published,<br>
since it is subject to the GPL), then I will investigate including them within<br>
mainline iPXE.<br><span class="HOEnZb"><br>
