[ipxe-devel] serial arrow keys broken

Just thought I would note here that I have noticed that menus are slow with
both serial and video consoles enabled on real hardware, due to
synchronization and no serial optimizations like clear screen. I may write
a fast clear screen patch when this starts bothering me.
