[ipxe-devel] [ipxe/ipxe] Add ability to build an RPM (#17)

If this was added to iPXE, how many other targets would be added for other packages?
could this should be handled with scripts outside of iPXE?

Based on the age I will be closing, but are happy to re-open if it is found that there is no better solution. And that it is rebased.
