[ipxe-devel] iPXE boot failing with the below error

I regularly encounter these errors when my server is in network boot
loop. After some 20 unsuccessful network boot tries I see this error.

Ctrl+Alt+Del or racadm power reset and it works again.

Surely not a good workaround, but I'm not sure if ipxe or BIOS Vendor is
to blame.
