there is an interesting OpenSource-project, probably interesting for ipxe:

"Tomu" is an crowdfunded OS hardware, an ARM-processor which fits into
an USB-Port. very good useable for 2nd factor authentification:

What about using this for secure authentification of ipxe-boot?
