Sorry for not being clear: what I want is the output that you get from 
_running_ the debug-enabled binary built with

      make bin-x86_64-efi/ipxe.efi DEBUG=nii:3

and then testing it with "ifstat" and "ifopen net0" as before.  You 
should now see some additional debug output from those commands.
