Thank you.  There is only one change to drivers/net/efi/nii.c between 
those two commits:

   http://git.ipxe.org/ipxe.git/commitdiff/6324227

and it doesn't make a lot of sense that this could have caused the 
problem.  Could you please build the latest code (785389c) using:

   make bin-x86_64-efi/ipxe.efi DEBUG=nii:3

and send the resulting debug output?
