[ipxe-devel] Intel.c change for i217v nic

Dear Sirs,

I had a problem with the performance of a intel i217v controller 
fetching images over HTTP.

at line 1061 in /src/drivers/net/intel.c change the 0 into 
INTEL_NO_PHY_RST. And the performance is back to Gb speeds.

I haven't got a clue how to make a patch file. So perhaps somebody can 
do that.
