[ipxe-devel] ipxe ipv6 timeout

Hi developers,

[Issue description]

   When the ipxe getting the IPv6 address, it always shows Connection timeout as below----(The IPv4 is working)

[Environment]
DHCPv6 by Windows 2012R2

[Verification]
Win 10 and RH6.7 clients can get IPv6 address without error.
Win10-----

Capture the network packages by Wireshark----
