Not guaranteed to be present on all platforms, as far as I know.  We've 
certainly encountered platforms missing DevicePathToTextProtocol.  Also, 
though I haven't looked at the device path utilities protocol yet, I'm 
prepared to bet that its API will be uglier than the one found in 
efi_utils.c.  :)
