[ipxe-devel] iPXE build pre-requisites

On ipxe.org you say that you need 'xz' or 'liblzma' - the fact is that when you install latest iPXE then cd src;make - the build hangs because lzma.h isn't found

Instead you should tell users trying to build ipxe to get the xz-devel package/code as a pre-requisite.

# yum install -y xz-devel  (or similar for other Linux distros)
