[ipxe-devel] SuperMicro SYS-1028U-TR+ with Intel X710-DR2 nic card

We put another X710 in an HP DL360p Gen8 and it exhibits the exact same
behavior.  It shows 00:00:00:00:00 for the mac address in the UNDINIC debug
message (but later does detect the proper mac address when doing DHCP).  It
has the same issues detecting the busid, busloc, and bustype.  It also had the
same hang problems without forcing polling mode.

So it seems the X710 is buggy.  We might have to try to open a case with Intel
to see if they can fix the firmware.
