What exactly do you mean by "doesn't appear anymore"?  Does the POST 
banner line fail to appear?  Does the POST banner line appear but the 
ROM doesn't show up as a boot option within the BIOS boot menu?  Does 
iPXE start up but then fail to find any network devices?
