I confirm : with a loop on DHCP, it works. Not an iPXE problem, sorry

It seems that the problem is related to LACP when activated on the switch. 

We are still investigating, it may be a problem with the switch : port is
taking time to come up. We added a loop on the DHCP command to confirm that

Try to upgrade your HP BIOS and/or other firmware. Also try to disable
some of the embedded hardware you're not using in the BIOS. You might be
running out of option ROM or base memory.
