[ipxe-devel] snponly.efi broken

This is a repeat from a thread, but it was a bit buried, so I thought I'd
send again after the siginifacnt amount of EFI work Michael has been doing:

is the SNP chainloading device

I tried commenting out the disconnect drivers call, which left net0 in
ifstat but it didn't actually work.
