[ipxe-devel] serial arrow keys broken

I see  double characters when using kvm serial with fifos enabled. Perhaps
kvm serial emulation don't work too well with some options.

kvm serial seems distractingly slow in ipxe in polling mode-  type a char
and wait sort of slow - reminds me of 300 baud Teletype or worse, but it
works :)

I also saw problems with arch install in kvm over serial perhaps grub has
the same issues though I don't know if its some sort of config problem as
it it may be outputting to two console or some such and combining the
output hence the two characters.

I will test a clean build later and let you know

The cpu and  power usage  is quite important in virtual environments as it
can use resources that other vms could benefit from if they boot to an ipxe
screen and just sit there using cpu and power etc
