I was looking a bit directed guidance here. I believe the issues lies
within the link interruption area of this. Michael has provided necessary
information to troubleshoot this (narrowed it to be buffer overflow) .

My apology if the screenshots didn't capture the NIC type. It is detected
as 82545em. Parallels, unlike VMWare, doesn't offer option on type of VNIC
that can be selected. So I am stuck here, unfortunately.
