[ipxe-devel] ISO images

Hello everybody,

util/genliso required mkisofs to exist, I've updates it to find genisoimage
instead if available.

ISO filesystem header supports storing some extra information with no
additional cost. I've updated the helper scripts to write some verbose info.

Patches are attached.
