[ipxe-devel] ipxe.lkrn chainloaded from pxelinux 4.03 does not work anymore

So what I learned today: just "make" is not safe. Always do a make clean 
before make bin/ipxe.lkrn :-(

I have a working ipxe.lkrn now. Thanks for your attention.
