[ipxe-devel] fix banner timeout

Hello everybody,

with lastest code from git ipxe takes a long time to show "Press Ctrl-B for
the iPXE command line..." when booted from ISO image. I suppose this is
because of the latest changes to timeout code.

The attached patch fixes this for me and makes ipxe to behave as expected. I
did not take a closer look, so no guarantee this is correct.
