I have lost track of the various versions of tg3 patches that have 
floated around.  From this e-mail:

I assumed that the patch provided by Broadcom was sufficient to fix all 
known problems.  I could only find one patch from Broadcom, so that's 
the one I applied.

Kevin: my apologies for taking so long to get around to this.  Could you 
let me know if there are any further tg3 patches that you think need to 
be applied on top of the current iPXE tree?
