[ipxe-devel] esxi5 use ftp to install is very slow

hello all,
when i used https to load esxi 5.1 installer with ipxe, kernel(tboot.b00)
and other files can be downloaded by ipxe through https.

But when read installation script, it will fail. error message windows
shows:
error (see log for more info):
Error copying / downloading file
Error (see log for more info):
Error connecting to the network
Did not get an IP address from DHCP server.

I used 'esxboot-x64.efi -c /maint/boot.cfg.install ks=
http://xx.xx.xx.xx/maint/ULDR/esxi5host' to load ks.cfg in ipxe shell.

Any workaround to load correct ks.cfg for esxi installer, in static ip
environment.
