I've applied your patch, modified to exclude files which are no longer in the 
tree.  (It seems as though you are working on a version of iPXE that's almost 
a year old?)

I also excluded the header files under include/ipxe/efi which are imported from 
the upstream EFI EDK, since these files would just get overwritten by the next 
EDK update anyway.
