ESXi 5.5
Didn't try a newer pxelinux because it is the latest known to handle
ProLiant DL360 G2, G3, G4, G5, G6 and G7 bioses the way we need it. As
this is a guerrilla project to replace pxelinux with ipxe, I don't want
to validate a newer pxelinux version.
