Is this an onboard NIC?  If so, then you may not be able to use the Broadcom 
utility to update the PXE ROM, since the NIC itself doesn't provide an 
expansion ROM BAR.  Instead, you may need to find an appropriate HP utility to 
update the BIOS with the new PXE ROM.
