[ipxe-devel] small bugfix

Hi.

Here's another small patch. When I tried to use
debugging for arch/i386/prefix/libprefix.S the
assembler stumbled over a missing underscore
in a macro definition (kicks in only if compiled
with debugging turned on).

In addition to this small bugfix (2nd hunk in the diff)
I also added trivial support for printing to the serial port
(if CONSOLE_SERIAL is configured).
