I have experimentally installed phpBB at

  http://forum.ipxe.org

I have looked into mail2forum as a means of linking phpBB to the mailing list, 
but the documentation is non-existent and the tarball doesn't have any obvious 
installation instructions.  The forum is therefore currently empty.
