Most of the posts in that list don't relate to any kind of mailing list 
integration tools; they just happen to mention the word "mailing" in some 
other context.  Of the posts that do talk about mailing list integration 
tools, many of them are just questions with no answers.

I did take a quick look through the list, and I don't see any mailing list 
integration tool that is available for general use.  If you can find a specific 
tool that is compatible with the latest release of phpBB and that I would be 
able to download, install, and test, then please send me a direct link and 
I'll happily try it out.
