Thanks.  SMF is not free software, as far as I can tell.  I have switched over 
from phpBB to MyBB.

Once the mailing list to MyBB import utility is available, I'll import the 
ipxe-devel archives and ensure that new mailing list messages are 
automatically posted to the forum.
