<div dir="ltr">Last week or so, and to set the background color 80x25 characters are sent, and every time the menu bar moves 80x2 characters are sent. I Also have not been able to get serial arrows working, but I'll recompile with the latest head later today. (I've spent the last little while netbooting old power macs so I don't have a intel box on the bench at the moment)</div>

Are you using the current master branch?  Using <ESC>[2J to clear the console via serial port was committed back in November:<br>
