Important tip, I'll give that a shot :)<br>
One of the things that drives me nuts about unix, you'd think
that dd would kick back and say you can't do that, specify a
device not a partition, rather than acting like it was
successful.<br>

I'm still powerful curious why iPXE can't seem to start
downloading the PXE image from the server when using the CD, no
idea if that will change with USB if I get that working.<br>

Er that would be /dev/sdc you need to use NOT /dev/sdc1
You need to dd to the device, not a a partition on the device
