This is most likely a driver issue. Try to go through the steps outlined
on http://ipxe.org/dev/driver and see if any of them fails. Report back
your findings and we might be able to fix it. But realistically I would
recommend you upgrade to a newer NIC that is much better supported, like
a realtek or intel gigabit NIC.
