Good day, James.

If you rebuild with DEBUG=core enabled, you might gain additional insight,
thanks to extra debug-messages. I'd expect that we are all able to find out
which part of open.c is upset, with knowledge of those debug-messages.

Subject: [ipxe-devel] Could not open SAN device: Operation not
supported(3c092003)

When iPXE loads, it shows:
==========
Version v1.0.0-2101-g2f861d7 compiled on Jan  6, 2016, 20:05:22
Features: DNS HTTP iSCSI TFTP SRP AoE ELF MBOOT PXE bzImage Menu PXEXT
==========

When I type dhcp, likn-up and Configuring report ok

But, when I run sanhook:
==========
iPXE> sanhook
srp::::fe800000000000000002c903004b531d::002c903004b531c::1d534b0003c90200:0
002c903004b531c
Could not open SAN device: Operation not supported
(http://pixe.org/3c092003)
==========

My config/general.h is the version from git, but with a few extra
commands enabled (neighbour, ping, reboot, poweroff) and wep/wpa/wpa2
disabled.

Under SAN boot protocols, all the "undef SANBOOT_PROTO_*" lines are
commented out.

PLATFORM is PCBIOS.  config/defaults/pcbios.h defines:
SANBOOT_PROTO_{ISCSI,AOE,IB_SRP,FCP,HTTP} so it looks like those are
all defined and NOT undefined in config/general.h.
