Thanks for the patch.  I'm happy to introduce this as the default behaviour 
for iPXE, i.e. without any "#ifdef MENU_WRAP" conditionals.  (I try to avoid 
#ifdef wherever possible.)

Does the attached (untested) patch give you the behaviour you want?
