Good day, Nicolas.

I think that this was a relatively recent change and allows for a secure
startup in environments where users ought not to enter the CLI.

Please see the following article:

Have a nice day.

Subject: [ipxe-devel] Command line disabled when embedding a script

Hi,

Is there a way not to disable the command-line when embedding a script
inside the ipxe binary ?

Whenever you build using the following:

make EMBEDDED_IMAGE=<path-to-script>

the command line gets disabled which can be annoying when you try to
debug things.

Cheers.

Nicolas.
