Your BIOS may allow you to fall through and attempt a boot from CD after the 
boot from the iSCSI target fails.  This doesn't work on all BIOSes.  You will 
get more reliable results by configuring the root-path to point to the iSCSI 
disk and the filename to point to the installer.  There is an example of doing 
this (for Windows) at

The process also works for Linux distros that support install-to-iSCSI, but I 
haven't written it up with pretty pictures yet.
